Official Announcement – Tokyo Ginware Special Experience

この度、
NOHGA HOTEL UENO TOKYO様との協働により、
伝統技と特別なお料理をご堪能いただく
特別体験催事を開催いたします。

This official collaboration with NOHGA HOTEL UENO TOKYO
presents an exclusive cultural experience of Tokyo Ginware,
led by the 12th generation Edo silversmith, Yoshitsugu Kamikawa.

■ 催事内容 / Program Overview

本催事は三部構成にて開催いたします。

第一部｜制作体験

銀師の直接指導のもと、純銀製アクセサリーまたは純銀アイススプーンを制作。
銀板の成形から仕上げまでを一貫して体験いただきます。

Participants will create either a sterling silver accessory
or a pure silver ice-cream spoon under the direct guidance of the master silversmith.

第二部｜純銀スプーン体験

完成した純銀スプーンにて氷菓を実際にお召し上がりいただき、
銀特有の高い熱伝導性と口当たりの違いをご体感いただきます。

Guests will experience the remarkable thermal conductivity of pure silver
by tasting ice cream with their handcrafted spoon.

第三部｜季節のディナーと器の体験

Bistro NOHGAによる季節のコース料理とともに、
銀器とガラス器でのドリンク比較体験を実施。
素材の違いがもたらす味覚の変化を探究いたします。

The evening concludes with a seasonal dinner course,
including a comparative tasting experience using silverware and glassware.
